Telemedicine services are performed using the VSee HIPAA compliant portal.

Online sessions are conducted between the therapist, in her office, and the client, who sits at their own personal computer.  Sessions are HIPAA compliant, live, and feature complete access to facial expression and body language in addition to real time audio transmission.  All the client needs is a web cam and about 10 minutes for the free installation.  During sessions the client and provider can exchange forms, files, and pictures; can screen share; and can even use the screen as a whiteboard.  Group sessions can occur with up to 6 (although no more than 4 is recommended) separate locations with each location enjoying all of the benefits listed above.

VSee, used by Stanford Medical School and Intermountain Medical among other large notable providers of medical services, uses very little bandwidth which makes it ideal for use with clients located in rural locations where internet connectivity may not be particularly strong.
