In person, face to face services for individuals and groups are available at the Salt Lake City, Utah office.  Call ahead for appointment, please no drop ins.


In person services are also available on the Eastern Sierra and Los Angeles areas on a limited basis.  Call ahead for schedule availability.


Employer and other groups may contract for onsite services in every state.  Travel expenses will be included in the cost of services.
